Innovative
Commercial Interiors was asked by Tom Sullivan,
President of Princeton Partners, to work on the
relocation of his Creative Department from
concept to completion. A very aggressive
schedule had to be set and maintained since
previous furniture dealers were not able to gain
the necessary confidence of the client to see
this project through. The concept was to
depart from the traditional "cubicle" maze and
introduce a bright, vibrant and creative office
environment without sacrificing mobility and
flexibility. All this and stay within the budget
guidelines.
Brett Margulis and Greg
Liakakos of ICI extracted all the conceptual
information from discovery meetings, where it
became apparent that Princeton Partners was on
unfamiliar turf. Brett, along with Rita Rambo,
designed the space concept and plugged in the
correct furniture types and styles to make it
all come together. They also effectively
demonstrated that this truly "open and mobile
plan" would and could work for Princeton
Partners.
The whole process took just 12
weeks, from the kickoff meeting to the final
delivery and
installation.
